Respectful handling of professional information.

Effective August 23, 2026

This notice explains how information provided through the ATC website is handled.

This privacy notice describes how The Aurum Triangle Collective (“ATC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information submitted through this website. It may be updated as ATC adds or changes services such as a CRM, applicant-tracking system, newsletter platform, analytics, advertising, or direct calendar booking.

Information you may provide

You may choose to provide contact details, employment or professional information, hiring needs, résumé or profile information, career interests, editorial interests, and other information included in an email or future website form.

How website inquiries work

Inquiry forms prepare an email in your own email application. The website itself does not store the form contents. Information is transmitted only if you choose to send that email. Scheduling requests currently work the same way.

How information may be used

  • Respond to employer, professional, editorial, or general inquiries.
  • Evaluate potential recruiting engagements or professional network fit.
  • Communicate about an active search or professional opportunity.
  • Develop the ATC Career Snapshot™ with the professional’s participation.
  • Send requested Aurum Review updates or respond to contributor interest.
  • Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.

Candidate information

ATC does not intend to present identifiable candidate information indiscriminately. Professional information may be shared with a potential employer only in an appropriate search context, after alignment and with the professional’s awareness. The talent preview on this website is anonymized and does not provide public access to identifiable candidate records.

Service providers

ATC may use service providers for website hosting, email, scheduling, customer relationship management, applicant tracking, analytics, or newsletters. Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices. This notice will be updated when specific public-facing services are activated.

Retention and security

ATC aims to retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, ongoing professional relationships, business records, or legal requirements. No electronic system is completely secure, and ATC cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask ATC to correct or delete information you previously provided, subject to legal, contractual, or recordkeeping requirements. You may also unsubscribe from future editorial emails using the method provided in those communications once a newsletter is active.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for employers and working professionals and is not directed to children under 18.

Changes to this notice

ATC may update this notice as the website and business systems evolve. The effective date will identify the latest version.
