About ATC

Built for a more thoughtful talent market.

The company story

Specialized professionals deserve better representation.

ATC was created from firsthand experience within clinical research, regulatory operations, and the pharmaceutical industry—and a belief that employers and professionals both benefit when recruiting is built on context, judgment, and respect.

Jermaine Woods, Founder and Managing Director of The Aurum Triangle Collective

Founder & Managing Director

Jermaine Woods

Clinical research perspective. Founder accountability.

Jermaine Woods founded The Aurum Triangle Collective after working across clinical research, regulatory operations, and pharmaceutical industry environments. That experience gave him a close view of the specialized work behind research—and of how often capable professionals are reduced to a résumé or a keyword match.

ATC reflects a different belief: employers deserve a recruiting partner who takes time to understand the role and the environment around it, while professionals deserve accurate, thoughtful representation.

Jermaine is building the firm deliberately, with direct founder involvement, professional transparency, and close connection to the Research Triangle clinical research community. His background informs ATC’s industry perspective; it is not presented as decades of recruiting leadership.

Substance over speedUseful context before activity for activity’s sake.
Professional respectClear, timely, accurate communication with every audience.
Selective partnershipFocus where ATC can add credible value.
Long-term relationshipsBuild trust beyond one search or placement.

Research Triangle focus

Rooted in one of the country’s defining life sciences ecosystems.

ATC’s identity is closely tied to Research Triangle Park and the broader Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill region. That local focus can coexist with national reach when specialized searches require it.

Community

Professional involvement

ATC values active learning and participation in the clinical research community, including involvement with ACRP RTP and SOCRA. These are professional affiliations, not client or partner claims.

Intelligence

The Aurum Review

The editorial platform will surface credible conversations, workforce perspectives, and developments relevant to the Triangle and the wider field.

Reach

Regional depth, broader search

Local relationships remain central while searches can extend nationally for specialized and distributed talent markets.
